Where should attendees go when they arrive onsite:

If you have already received your badge in the mail: Please bring your badge and registration credentials envelope, along with a print-out of this confirmation, to the Badge Holder Pick-Up counters located in the lobby of the Long Beach Convention Center. Here, you will receive your badge holder.

If you did not receive your badge in the mail:
Please bring a print-out of your email confirmation with you to EHX and proceed to the New and Pre-Show Registration computer stations where you can check yourself in, print your badge, and receive your badge holder.

International Registrants:
International registrants have not be mailed a badge prior to EHX. Please bring this printed confirmation with you onsite to the New and Pre-Show Registration computer stations where you can check yourself in, print your badge, and receive your badge holder.

Cancellations:

If someone can no longer make it and asks for a refund…the deadline for refunds has passed. All registrations are non-refundable after October 6, 2008. We would be happy to apply their payment to next year’s event. If they are unhappy with this and would like to speak with someone, have them contact Amy Reddington, Exhibitor & Attendee Relations Manager at 508-663-1500 x247.
